With the vision of my father as an experienced educator and member of a family who owned and operated Green Valley College since 1960, along with my mother as the head teacher and infant caretaker, my husband and I decided to build and develop an exemplary child care preschool in the city of Yorda Linda. We were very aware, as most parents are, that the early years of Michael's life, from birth to 6 years, are the most important years in the formation of his personality.
And thus Pine Tree Montessori was born.

What are the signs that my child is ready to be potty trained?
INFANT GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
Research indicates that a baby at infancy at that stage is defining personality, future learning ability, and emotional attachments.
PERSONALITY :
Babies at infancy, when they are a few weeks old and toddlers, reflect the action and feelings of adults around them.
FUTURE LEARNING ABILITY :
Babies brains are developing rapidly with connections triggered by all five senses.
EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENTS :
We know that babies, when they are a few weeks old, are not able to take care of themselves. They need nurturing adults in their environment to care for them.
LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT:
babies imitate the sounds and tones of word used by people around them. Care givers are provided with babies curriculum that guides them through appropriate activities.
Our preschool method of education is a model which serves the needs of children of all levels as they live and learn in a natural way which is very much like the society they will live in, as adults.
We think that family is the most important thing in the world and if your can’t be with his family during the work hours then know he is with one of the best families we know.
Our mission, at Pine Tree, is to provide the right environment for all the children who enroll at Pine Tree Montessori preschool. Our curriculum is based on Dr. Maria Montessori's method of teaching, taking into consideration the modern achievements and the new educational theories and advances. We focus on the child's emotional, physical, social, cognitive, creative and artistic development.
Pine Tree preschool is a remarkable day care, tutortime and kindergarten. Both of my kids attended from the time they were two and a half months until they went off to first grade. They are the best.
